We understand that our clients come to us for solutions to their problems. Our job is to listen and learn what they perceive their problem to be. Many want their lives to be less complicated and more relaxed in retirement and look for us for the solution.

Company Story

FEIC Financial, Inc was founded on the premise that people desire financial freedom and peace of mind.  Given the chance, most people would take advantage of an opportunity to develop financial literacy and achieve life long happiness. Sadly, fear is a motivating force.  Often times there is no motivation greater then the fear of losing your money and becoming financially dependent on others.

In 1969 Dan Rossi's career began as an independent insurance agent selling tax sheltered annuities and life insurance, he learned that many people carry the fear of loss around with them daily. The fear grows and spreads like a cancer, and if allowed to go unchecked it can develop into physical or mental illnesses.

After seeing people live in this fear for so long,
Dan was inspired to develop a system that would allow FEIC Financial, Inc to help individuals express their perceived problems- which in turn allowed us to illustrate how our services would help to put an end to their fears where money was concerned.

Since much of the financial services industry in those days was primarily concerned with selling product and keeping production high, very little attention and effort was devoted to building customer loyalty and good customer relationships thru interactive financial planning services.  This ushered in a new era in which numerous opportunities were created for entrepreneurs to convert customers from the traditional financial institution to firms like FEIC Financial, Inc.

Through interaction with the customer, and learning what the customers' concerns and desires were- our system was born!  We began creating an action plan designed specificially around the clients goals and objectives.  This allowed the client to see their situation in a new light. This was an exciting experience for our clients, similar to looking into a crystal ball and seeing the future. Along with Dan's enthusiasm to help people and be a problem solver, client confidence grew and so did our relationships.  This experience proved to be a tremendous time of personal growth and development, causing Dan to embark upon a profession that literally had no name!

As time went by, we became known as the "Financial Planning Industry." We received a variety of compliments for the financial benefits we provided clients. One of those financial benefit that really sticks out resulted from the company's tax planning services.  Today we are at the forefront of the Wealth Management Industry, with the most powerful Wealth Management tool in the industry.

The initial effort early in the company's building process, and the willingness to venture to where others had not previously traveled, proved to be the foundation for FEIC Financial, Inc.  Our beliefs and values system has preceded our strategic objectives, which brings us to where FEIC Financial, Inc. is today.
Our Characteristics

Foresight and the desire to dream:
Our purpose is to become a company with an E-Myth managerial mindset that people truly value and are proud to be associated with.
Technique and Methodology Method:
This process reduces problems and allows for a more positive atmosphere because employees feel in control. When a problem does arise the main focus is directed to a solution rather then a problem. Everybody feels energized as being part of the solution, rather then the problem.
Principals and Integrity:
This begins by creating a purpose that every employee takes ownership in. That purpose is to realize that one of the greatest gifts a financial management professional can receive is the trust put in them by another. Each employee must therefore strive to earn that trust every day by helping that person achieve his or her goals and objectives.
Meticulousness and Continuity:
Internal customers and external customers are what our company is made of. Internal customers are those who serve each other, such as a manager responding to an employee's evaluation. External customers are primarily people who entrust us with their assets in order to achieve their future goals. We place high standards on each other, and then work to achieve those standards, thus maintaining a positive environment.
Empathy:
To help employees find solutions to a problem they are dealing with, and leave them with a feeling of accomplishment. This method of resolve will further
enhance the relationship and allow for greater efficiency and effectiveness in the role they plan for the company.
Composure and Poise:
By developing and exercising balance and poise in response to unexpected problems, a type of calmness occurs throughout the company. It promotes a secure feeling on the part of the employees, and raises their confidence in the company. It also ushers in leadership by example, which spreads throughout the company.
Prognostication:
The underlying element that is consistent with all successful leaders is their ability to remain flexible yet consistent in the face of adversity. Because the value system built deep down within the leader is enrooted through habit and faith, change does not shake the leaders confidence, or their ability to act in a decisive manner. This leadership quality allows people to open up and not be threatened by uncertainty when dealing with the leader.
The Team as a unit:
We as leaders are responsible for our employee results, and play an important role in nurturing and shaping the attitudes they form towards their work. We don't make excuses for employees, but by building the team concept into our relationships with them, the employee becomes more accountable.
Timing and Patience:
Great plans are created with a great deal of cash flow and patience. But the most well thought out plans are certain to meet with defeat if the leader is not able to demonstrate understanding and patience when dealing with employees. However, good leaders must be able to separate honest mistakes from "underhandedness" and in those situations deliver swift action that is appropriate.
Resolution and Courage:
The effective leader knows the importance of going out of their way to build relationships with their employees through a sympathetic ear, empathy, and understanding when needed. This type of relationship building process produces a counter action by the employee of commitment and dedication towards the company.
Commitment to Improvement:
Employees can be shown how to turn negative thinking, gossip, and generally unproductive behavior into creative and effective new ideas to be implemented. This is achieved when the leader is always working to stimulate and inspire employees to express themselves in a way that they feel they are being heard, and their opinions and concerns are receiving attention. This is especially effective when a system is in place for employees to be recognized by the rest of the company for their effort.
Nurturing and Personal Development:
Many people have a built in desire to grow and change, to reach out for new frontiers, and to achieve accomplishments on a higher level. The system they are a part of must encourage and stimulate these desires in order to help that person realize their maximum potential. This type of employee growth adds positive results to the bottom line on the company.
Buoyancy and Resiliency:
The ability of the manager to develop flexibility and calmness in the face of adversity stems from that manager's commitment to the company and commitment to the people that make up the company. It not only sets an example for employees when they are in similar situations, but it creates a desire for them to want to grow and be recognized in similar fashion.
Devotion and Allegiance:
The manager must build loyalty into his or her relationships with the employee if maximum results are to be achieved. This desired result is achieved when the manager has made an effective effort to go out of his way to determine what the employees gifts, vision, and talents are. Then by providing opportunities for the employee to learn how the company's vision aligns with that of the employees, success on a higher level is achieved.
Cynicism:
Negative energy in the work place is produced in part by cynicism. People who are allowed to express themselves in this manner are countering productivity and the outcome could result in costly downtime and mistakes for the company. Managers must work hard to avoid this type of attitude in people by first changing their own attitude. Next they must be alert to detect cynicism in the attitude of others and help to replace it with positive affirmations that nurture growth for both the employee and the company.
